    Morning Zendo is held Wednesday through Sunday. Morning zendo includes Choka (morning chanting), Zazen (sitting meditation), Kinhin (walking practice) and Nitten Soji (20 min. temple cleaning).

    Samu (Silent Work Practice) is held daily Tuesday through Saturday. Work practice usually involves temple cleaning and gardening. Please come to the work bell in your work cloths. Shika or Shoji will give instruction.
