09:00 – 09:30 a.m. Opening Remarks
09:30 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Introduction of participants
10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Meeting
12:00 – 13:00 p.m. Lunch
For those who are staying overnight for Anniversary ceremonies and Ho-on Sesshin on the following day, accommodation is available for a special rate of $25/night. Please indicate a number of nights you will stay in “Rinzai-ji Accommodation” section below.
