Please join us for an online Zazenkai as we honor Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen Buddhism. We are pleased to announce that this retreat will be lead by Hogen Heribert Osho from Germany. He will lead us in intensive zazen sitting meditation, chanting, formal meals, dharma talks, private interviews and Q&A.

Hōgen Heribert has studied with Jōshu Sasaki Rōshi since 1987. He was ordained as a monk in 1998, as an Oshō in 2014, and currently teaches at the Bodhidharma Zendo in Augsburg in the south of Germany. It was founded in the year 2000 and its name was given by Genrō Seiun Dai Oshō who participated in Zazenkai several times. Sasaki Roshi attempted to visit us in 2009 but it was unfortunately not possible due to his health. Noritake Roshi visited the center in the spring 2018.
