Join us at one-day Zazenkai, a silent retreat that gives us a rare opportunity to just sit, breathe, walk and eat in the midst of busy life. The program begins at 10:00 a.m. and ends at 4:00 p.m. Throughout the day, we practice zazen, samu (silent work) and semi-formal Jihatsu meals using three bows. Beginners are welcome!
