Please join us on Sunday March 20th for a full day Zazenkai led by Eshin Hoju Godfrey Oshō. Eshin Hoju Godfrey is a Zen Oshō in the Joshu Sasaki Roshi lineage of Rinzai Zen. The abbot and teacher of the Zen Centre of Vancouver, Canada, he has led retreats since 1998 with a passion for mentoring a new generation of Zen students. Under his guidance the centre has established facilities for practice residents and serves a lay practice community through strong ongoing schedules of daily services, sesshins, and zazenkais.

The Zazenkai schedule is 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM including Zazen instructions, a Dharma talk and individual practice meetings. Off-line time will be built into the schedule to allow for meals, work practice at your home, and kinhin.
