Please join us for the September Sesshin!

We are pleased to announce that Jiun Varant Arslanian, the head monk of Shōgen-ji, will be joining us to lead this 5-day intensive Sesshin. The Sesshin begins with an opening banka at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30. Please arrive by 3:00 p.m. to settle in. There will be an orientation prior to the evening Zendo.

This Sesshin is open to everyone who wishes to immerse themselves in Rinzai monastic-style practice. We hope you can take advantage of this rare opportunity and look forward to seeing you soon.

– Sesshin: August 31 (Sat) – September 4 (Wed)
